This course covers Level 1 and 2 knowledge and skills in a single day. The following skills in both the bow and stern positions are covered: Launching and removing; entering and exiting; paddling positions, balancing and trimming; changing positions; pivots; sideways displacement; forward and reverse straight line; inside and outside turns, circles and landings; stopping; lifts and carries. Safety and Theory topics are also covered.
