Join us for a 4 day Art Retreat in Michigan!
We will visit South Haven & Saugatuck
April 18-21, 2025

Activities will include:
Art Workshops, Local Art Gallery Tours, Dispensaries/Wineries/Breweries, Good Food, Laughs, Fun, Relaxation, and LOTS of CREATIVITY!

- I am staying in an airbnb in Grand Junction, Mi
(about 20 minutes from South Haven) - If you are joining us, I will give you the address so you can find something close by!

All plans are optional. Feel free to go do your own thing, outside of the art workshops with Melissa
Day one: Friday (4/18)
Travel from Indy
12 pm Meet n greet Lunch 12pm (Location TBD)
1 pm Visit South Haven
- art shops, dispensaries, wineries & breweries, etc.
6 pm Dinner (location TBD)
7pm (Location Melissa's Airbnb)
Fluid Art workshop
-fluid art is quick, we will do two of these!
(counts as two projects)
Total workshop time: about 2 hours
Day two: Saturday (4/19)
Breakfast
10 am Beach walk
12 pm Lunch (location: TBD)
1 pm Visit Saugatuck
- Local art gallery tour & Workshop (if we can find one)
6pm Dinner (location TBD)
7pm (Location Melissa's Airbnb)
Paint and sip (& Smoke!)(this project will include using a photograph, and acrylic paint! Bring your own photo, or use one of mine)
Resin art workshop
- we will add one layer of resin to the painting
(paint & sip + resin counts as one project)
Total workshop time: 2-3 hours
Day three: Sunday (4/20!!)

- we will add a second layer of paint & resin to the painting
