T.O. Webfest is an annual festival and conference dedicated to showcasing and celebrating short form digital series and podcasts, providing training and networking opportunities for emerging and mid-level producers/creators. It is produced by WebSeries Canada (WSC), a national non-profit membership organization committed to supporting and preparing web series creators and producers for successful careers in entertainment. 

It is the only event of its kind in Canada and is recognized around the world as one of the top international Festivals serving this sector of the industry. The Festival and Awards Gala are attended by 200-250 Canadian and international participants.
