MEET KARA MOLL:
F. Scott Fitzgerald said “It’s never too late…to be the person you want to be” and Kara Moll is a testament to those words.

After a successful career designing marketing programs for high-profile clients and musical artists, Kara decided that she wanted to make a difference closer to home. Realizing that family, friends and neighbors needed someone they could trust when making their largest financial decisions, Kara embarked on a real estate career quickly rising to the ranks as a top producer and averaged selling 70+ homes a year. Kara is the recipient of numerous awards, including Woman of the Year from both Financial Women International and National Association of Business Women, and has been named a prestigious 5-Star Agent by Chicago Magazine for over 10 years in a row, an honor bestowed upon less than 1% of 1% of agents. She is consistently featured in Chicago Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who! Kara is thrilled to be an investor in the Mid-American Region’s flagship office, Keller Williams ONEChicago.
In addition to owning a Mega Agent Team, Kara holds quite a few roles within Keller Williams MAPS Coaching: Head Performance Coach, Language of Sales Coach, Bold Coach, and Head Coach in which she works to develop other MAPS Coaches. Kara is also a member of Keller Williams University (KWU) Faculty. As a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and iPEC Certified Energy Leadership Coach, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and recently became one of only 30 Phil M Jones Exactly What to Say Certified Guides selected by Phil and licensed to teach his material! Kara is extremely learning-based and revels in being able to help others see the potential that they possess inside themselves.

Outside of the office, Kara is active in various philanthropic, community and networking events. She likes to golf, travel, all things Disney -- especially their customer service philosophy -- and adores spending quality time with her husband Mark, daughter Kourtney, son-in-law Tim, and two beautiful grandbabies. Kara Currently splits her time between homes in Chicago and St Pete Florida.
