A bit about Nick Banks: I’ve been coaching and consulting for over 15 years, helping entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations figure out strategy, growth, and culture. Lately, my focus has been on sustainability and leadership, but at the heart of it all, I love helping people think through big questions and refine their approach. I’ve also spent plenty of time behind the bar (from a past life), and my signature cocktail? You guessed it—the Old Fashioned.
