Do you feel caught in the same old patterns in love—whether it’s serial dating, staying too long in relationships that hurt, or wondering why real connection keeps slipping through your fingers?
You're not alone.
Even the most vibrant, self-aware women can find themselves repeating relational cycles that feel frustrating or disheartening. And after years of self-work, therapy, or reading all the right books, it’s easy to start wondering: Is lasting, healthy love really available to me?
I’ve been there too. For years, I felt stuck—until I began working with my body. Through somatic practices, I discovered that my nervous system wasn’t broken—it was doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect me from pain. But those protections were also keeping me from love.
In this nourishing, embodied 2-hour workshop at the beautiful KWENCH Studio, we’ll gather in community to explore:
Through grounding movement, gentle somatic exploration, and heartfelt group connection, you'll begin to feel what’s possible when you come home to your body and your capacity to love—and be loved.
