Members of The Order of The Wallace McCain Institute, the 5th annual edition of The Gathering returns in 2025!
If you are a WMI alumnus, a member of a current Forum Group, or an Honourary Member of the Order, we invite you to join us at the stunning Fox Harb’r Resort in Nova Scotia for this special event.
- Super Early Bird Discount - Register by June 30th - 15% Discount: $340 + HST and Service Fees
- Early Bird Discount - Register between July 1st to August 31st - 10%$360 + HST and Service Fees
- Normal Registration - Register from September 1st onwards - $400 + HST and Service Fees
How does my forum book our tickets as a group to be reimbursed by the Order?
The easiest way to book as a forum would be to book your tickets together on 3Common:
1. One of the members of the group puts the reservation in on their own credit card.
2. The Order will reimburse them with approval from the moderators.
3. Group will be responsible for the cost, even if they cancel reservations

What accommodations are available?
Fox Harb'r will be offering Special Guestroom Rates for The Gathering until September 24th:
- Classic Room: $239 + HST
- Classic Room With Balcony: $257 + HST
- Executive Suite: $302 + HST
- Executive Suite with Balcony: $320 + HST
- Golf Manor Suite: $351 + HST
- Studio Suite: $248 + HST
- Townhouse: $1121 + HST
Rates are quoted: per unit, per night, plus tax.
Fox Harb'r will honour these rates for two nights before or two nights after The Gathering.

*Please identify yourself as a Member of the Order of WMI when booking, for our group discount. There is not presently a discount code for online bookings.
Can our group book a tee time at the resort?
Fox Harb'r Resort can offer a discounted golf group rate of $140 per player plus 14% HST for members, regardless of group size.
The resort has blocked off tee times for us Wednesday October 22nd from 1:10-2:00 pm for up to six foursomes, and Friday October 24th from 11:10am-11:50am for up to five foursomes. Tee times must be booked no less than 10 days in advance.

Can our forum meet before or after the gathering?
Coming Early, Leaving Late – Provisions have been made for people that are coming early or staying late. Discounted hotel rates are available 2 days before and 2 days after the Gathering pending availability. We highly encourage members to book early if this is their intention.
If your forum would like to book a meeting room, Fox Harb'r will do individual contracts for each forum, in order to keep billing clean and separate from the billing for the Gathering. Accommodations could be added to these contracts, as well.
