About this event:
WHO + WHAT ::
Kellita Maloof, devoted conscious cabaret performing artist and mentor, shares a lovesong cabaret, infused with her signature earnestness, whimsy + heartfelt spontaneity.
This is Changework Cabaret. You will be invited to FEEL what it feels like to be YOU while you witness Kellita doing the the very same thing, while she also ushers you on a journey through the many faces of love, from the personal to the universal.
This cabaret is:
1 part lovesong show
1 part gentle workshop
1 part embodied church
100% divine feminine ritual
Expect to smile, laugh ... and perhaps shed a tear or two, as our stops include Love as Wonder, Love as Longing, Love as Gratitude, Love as Watch-Out-Here-I Come, Love as Tenderness, Love as Passion, Love as Reverie, Love as Fuck-No-Stop-Right-There, Love as Join-Me-In-The Dance.
Delight in tributes to Edith Piaf, Leonard Cohen, Tom Jobim, Violetta Parra, George Gershwin, Cat Stevens and more. Songs sung in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. The songs themselves are spells, in the very best sense of the word. These stories, encased in melodies cast Fields of Feeling, that invite each human in the room to embody more of their own true nature and essence.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING ... ::
... about Glory of Love cabaret:
“Attending your show felt like I was investing in my own relationship to LOVE. The show felt like a collective prayer to love itself! Which ultimately felt like spiritual self-care, in a community setting. Thank you for this incredible offering!!!” ~ Marie Thouin
"I had an absolutely fabulous time watching you in your element. It was so fun for me to see you because I love you so much, but my husband doesn't know you at all and he was so delighted by your authenticity and your realness and your performance. We had such a good time." ~ Sirena Masket
"I am stunned each time I come and see you at the complexity, the depth, and the complete roundness of what you do, say, and give in your Theatre Art. You have truly singular style!" ~ Randy Denham
... about Kellita's previous one-woman show, I K(no)W:
“Kellita occupies the stage entirely as herself ...When someone is entirely themselves like this, it creates so much more space, it’s like a warm bath for the audience, it lets me notice myself. Kel is one of those rare 'performers' that appears to not be performing at all but entirely 'being' on stage.” - Julie Gieseke
"There are shows that are engaging or entertaining. There are shows that you talk about right after you see them but don’t ever think about again. And then there are shows that start you thinking of everyone you can send to see the show. Kellita engaged my heart, soul, gut and brain." - Denise Dee
