Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Brewery is in town to speak at the New England Craft Brew Summit, and to kickoff the festivities is taking over Novare Res with a spectrum of Maine beer from vintage-style strong ales, takes on old world lagers, and new iterations of forgotten beer styles all paired with locally crafted bread and cheeses.
